What is a Tracking Number?

A tracking number is a number issued by each logistics company to identify your package.

Japan Post: 11-digit number or 13-digit inquiry number starting with "AA" (combination of numbers and letters)

Amazon: Tracking ID starting with "DA" or "99" from your order history

Yamato Transport: 12-digit inquiry number

Sagawa Express: 10-digit or 12-digit inquiry number

Please check the customer service of the site where you placed your order, or the homepage of each carrier.

※Important Notice

If the tracking number you registered does not match the tracking number of the package that actually arrived at the warehouse,

it will not be reflected as "In Storage" even if the package has arrived.
